How do I return an item?
- Online Orders: All returns must be in original packaging, not opened, not damaged, and requested within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and the return is subject to head office approval. To request, leave us a message at Contact Us
- In-Store Orders: A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges, and must be made within 7 days of purchase. All returns must be in original packaging, not opened, not damaged and is subject to store management approval.
My order contains a damaged or defective item. What will I do?
- Online Orders: Leave us a message at Contact Us with your name, order number, and a photo of the defective item with its barcode, and our team will assist you further.
- In-Store Orders: Please bring the defective item and your receipt to the store. The return, exchange, or store credit is subject to approval by store management.
Holiday Return / Exchange Policy:
- Returns and exchanges are applicable only to unopened items, with the ORIGINAL RECEIPT until January 10, 2024
- Gift returns accompanied by a gift receipt will receive store credit
- Items marked as special, markdown, clearance, or on sale are considered FINAL SALE
- Refunds can only be processed in the presence of a manager or shift supervisor
- For purchases made with a credit card, the same credit card must be presented for any refund
- All remote control cars, airplanes, helicopters, and boats are non-refundable
