In Disney s Tangled, the selfish Mother Gothel kidnapped baby Rapunzel from her parents castle and locked her in a tower to use her magical hair to retain her youth. Many years later when Flynn Rider finds Rapunzel, he promises to take her to see the floating lanterns in exchange for the crown he has stolen.
Their adventures lead them back to the castle (and to each other) with a heartfelt reunion with Rapunzel’s parents and a satisfying ending that shows good triumphs over evil!
