This plastic space shuttle is a part of the NASA Space Adventure Series and is approximately 9.5 inches x 7.5 inches. It is a fully functioning space shuttle with lights, sounds, and rolling wheels.
Payload Bay doors and Canopy opens and closes allowing the figurine to be placed inside the pilot seat or on the functioning mechanical arm inside the spaceship.

ASTRONAUT
- Astronauts go into space to explore, do experiments and learn more about space
- Astronauts spacesuits give them air to breathe and protection from being hurt in space and also help them do work outside the spacecraft. A tool belt and straps connected to the suit keep tools from floating away.
- Spacesuits can even have TV cameras attached to them. Taking videos of all the astronauts work!
- Astronauts must go to school and then practice for many years before they are allowed to fly in a spacecraft.
- Astronauts sleep in sleeping bags tied to the wall so they don’t float around.
- The word “astronaut” comes from two Greek words that means “star sailor”.

Product appears as advertised. Sound of the blasting engines is not too loud, which as parents we appreciate. My space obsessed son loves it. The spacewalk arm broke the same day he got it which is a shame with the design but he does not seem to mind. I don’t know how long it will last overall but so far he has enjoyed pretending he was taking off and landing over and over again. I think it’s worth it to me so far.

First, the only thing I can complain about is, the little arm that holds the Spaceman should be more flexible for kids. It was broken right away, but that didn’t stop her from enjoying the sound it make and the fun she had with the toy. Besides, mom glued the part.

I got this toy for my 2.5 year old for Christmas. He absolutely loves rocket ships and has been happily playing with it and showing it to anyone who will pay him attention. He runs around with it pretending it’s flying through the air or blasting off. The lights and sounds add to his glee over the toy as does the astronaut guy that comes with it.As others have mentioned, the arm that the astronaut can connect to, seems like it may break unless the child is playing with it carefully. The canopy and front window that opens stick and are difficult to open for a small child, but that works to your advantage, they can’t play with the arm without your help.My son did drop it from about 3 feet onto our wood floor and the front window popped off, but snapped back on without damage.Overall, I’m happy with the quality, look, and price point for this toy and my son loves it!

Got it as a Christmas gift for my 3-year-old grandson. He loves it! It was something different than the usual dinosaurs, cars and trucks. I got space-themed pajamas, puzzles and books to complete the theme. It is pretty sturdy. The only little thing I did not like was the red arm that extends for the astronaut to attach to. It comes apart at the joint and you have to snap it back together often.

If your child likes rocket ships, this is the one for you! Lights and sounds, yet encourages imagination! Astronaut is the right size for small hands to manipulate. The worst that has happened is cover and astronaut fell off/out when sent airborne! Cover snapped back on easily repeatedly!

This is great! It comes with a little astronaut, the sounds and lights are realistic and fun. My son received this as a gift a month ago (3rd birthday). The rocket is a great size and the sound effects are great. My only complaint is the the doors can be hard to open for toddler hands but the get easier with time. My little astronaut loves this rocket very much.
